Living Arrows week 14/52

This year I am joining in with What the Redhead Said‘s project Living Arrows which is all about celebrating childhood.

“You are the bows from which your children as living arrows are sent forth”-Kahlil Gibran

Every Monday I will be posting a picture of Logan showing what we have been up to or something new he has learnt.

This week hasn’t been too exciting, apart from Wednesday when me and Logan went to Chatterbox and then decided to go and surprise daddy at work, that was fun and we bought some bits and bobs. Friday we went to town again and I actually bought myself some new clothes (a black hoodie and some summery pants) to be precise. I never ever treat myself anymore and so I thought I would that day seeing as Logan was ok for clothes and stuff, except I will be shopping for his 1st birthday presents pretty soon which is crazy to think about.

On Saturday, my mum rang and told picked me and Logan up for the day, we ended up taking the kids to a soft play centre in Chester, Logan absolutely loved it there and he had so much fun. However, he was screaming in hysterics the whole way there as he hated the car seat and being stuck in the back with my 2 younger brothers only because he’s not used the car and me not being in the backseat with him.

Sunday saw another pretty lazy day to be honest, I made a lovely Chicken roast dinner for me, rob and Logan as well. that went down a treat with both of them.

Hope everyone else had a great week.

  1. That’s such a cute photo. I’m glad Logan enjoyed the soft play place after being upset in the car. Nice to treat yourself to some new clothes too … I’m hoping to get some holiday clothes this week.
