Joie Nitro Pushchair *Review*

Disclaimer: I was not asked to write this review and purchased the product myself. All thoughts are my own.

Today I thought I would share my thoughts on this Joie Niro Stroller which I bought a couple weeks ago, the main reason why I wanted one of these strollers is because I needed something that allowed Logan to sit up totally upright as he hates being reclined unless he’s sleeping. Also, I much prefer having handles as I don’t drive and use transport a lot the independent handles make great practicality for holding my shopping bags.

Totally upright position

Logan, for some reason only like sitting totally upright and this Joie stroller, provides just that and 4 other Seating positions. I really like this pushchair for many reasons, the first because it’s blue, which is my favourite colour and for the price, I got this stroller for I can’t really complain, it does everything I want and has a decent sized shopping basket.

Lying flat Position

The stroller itself comes with a rain cover but no cosy toes which I kind of feel it should have, but like i said with it being a cheaper stroller i cant expect too much, besides you can buy cosy toes and foot muffs cheap enough off Ebay.

The front wheels of the stroller have lockable swivel buttons which are handy for pushing the stroller on rougher terrain. One thing I will say that i don’t really like on the stroller, are the wheels they are very noisy when pushing and do seem to be what’s letting the pushchair down, they don’t feel very sturdy.

Logan seems to approve of the Joie Nitro Stroller as he loves to observe the passing world and all the people, sights and sounds. It’s an ideal stroller if you want something quite compact and lightweight if you’re going on holiday and don’t want to take your huge pram.

With the easy carry handle on the side, makes it easy to carry through customs/airport or wherever you need to carry it too. It’s quite weighty which surprised me as its so light to push and steer, so take that into consideration when picking it up.

I have uploaded a short video clip of me demonstrating how to open and close the Joie nitro stroller.

But all in all, if you’re looking for a stroller that is easy to steer looks cool and has a decently sized shopping basket which is super easy to assemble then this Joie Nitro is for you.

  1. This looks brilliant, we’re considering getting one soon for Ben as with the warmer weather we’re hoping to do more trips out and his travel system is just so bulky!
Thanks for sharing your review with us at #TriumphantTales. Hope to see you back next week!

  2. I was obsessed with buggies when Little Man was smaller – constantly looking at other peoples. I was as bad with changing bags – that’s another story!! This looks like a great little stroller, it’s great when they can sit up more and see what’s going on. Thanks for linking up to #TriumphantTales, really hope to see you back on Tuesday 🙂
